Triathlon Training 202 (TRI 202) is perfect
for the multisport athlete who wants to advance from a sprint to an Olympic distance
event. The profile of a TRI 202 Athlete: Complete multiple
sprint distance triathlons Fairly good rider (17-18 mph)
Can finish a 6-8 mile run but needs a lot of work on technique and pacing

A LOT of help on nutrition and hydration TRI 202 was created by
Dallas Athletes president, Tom Ryan, who has been "Triathlon Coach of the
Year" by City Sports Texas Magazine
for the past two years. He is a four-time Ironman finisher, 15-year
triathlete with multiple age group wins at regional and national races.
TRI 202, is an eight or nine-week program. Please keep in mind,
we can only accept 25 athletes for each class. You will find much more about
